At Jazzy BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, opened, or damaged products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products once opened
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), Jazzy BD will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipping.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same conditions as returns.
